Paid Time Off - You can accrue up to four weeks of paid time off in your first year, with PTO increasing with your years of employment.
Retirement Savings and 401(k) - All employees are required to participate at a 5% contribution level, but TMG will also match that 5%. Company contributions grow with years of employment.
Life Insurance - All TMG employees receive life insurance coverage at no cost.
Health Insurance - TMG offers a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) package with two deductible amounts, a Health Savings Account (HSA) and an HMO plan. Coverage begins immediately after employment and includes prescription drug coverage.
Long-Term Disability Insurance - Coverage is available to all full-time employees at no cost and pays two-thirds of your salary should you ever suffer a lengthy illness or disability.
Dental and Vision Coverage - Coverage is available immediately to all employees and their families.
Continuing Education Opportunities - After one year of employment, employees are entitled to receive up to $3,000 per year for books and tuition.
