Description:
Define requirements, coordinate projects, test solutions, develop documentations
Responsible for the leadership or participation in analysis and documentation of business/technical needs within the Information Technology department on medium to large scope projects or assignments with moderate complexity.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong ability to research a broad direction, create specific project vision and requirements, and drive a project to completion to meet internal or external client needs.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle with specific focus on requirements and quality control.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Development or Business Analyst Role
- 2 - 5 years of related work experience (or more)
- Superior Customer Service
- Exceptional Communications at all levels of an organization
- Knowledge of Banking or Credit Union operations a plus
- Knowledge of FDR preferred
- Project Management Experience preferred
- Strong Documentation skills
