Credit Union Service Organization TMG Recognized as Best Place to Work

TMG (The Members Group) has been named one of the best places to work by the Des Moines Business Record. The business magazine placed TMG in the top three on the list of best places to work among large companies in central Iowa.
TMG was recognized for its unique approach to employee motivation with perks, such as an annual BMW give-away, employee wellness program, tuition reimbursement, flexible work schedules and generous 401K contributions. The company was also recognized for creating a culture of leadership in which each employee is trained to take ownership in TMG.

The Business Record “Best Places to Work” survey was conducted online with employees of participating companies responding to 40 questions via a secure Web site. The 2008 competition included employee feedback from 65 different companies. Nine of those companies, including TMG, were honored with the prestigious Business Record Award.
