Pacific Resource Credit Union Selects TMG for ATM & Debit Card Processing

Pacific Resource Credit Union has signed a long-term contract and converted its ATM and debit card processing to TMG, making the Des Moines-based financial services organization Pacific Resource Credit Union’s complete card services provider.
TMG is able to easily transition the conversion due to its familiarity with Pacific Resource and its products.
“TMG is a natural selection for us, as they have been processing our credit and gift cards since 2001,” said James McHale, president and CEO of Pacific Resource. “Everyone here is excited about the ease of this conversion and our ability to quickly respond to members’ questions. We look forward to providing our members with a seamless transition.”

According to Jerahian, close interaction with Pacific Resource made it clear that consolidation of all card products would create both efficiencies and value for the credit union. TMG has client relations directors assigned to every credit union it serves and makes onsite visits a regular priority.
