TMG Adds Card Services Personnel

(Des Moines, Iowa – March 8, 2010) – TMG (The Members Group) has added two employees to its Card Services division.
Kathy Rhoads has been named TMG’s card services unit manager. In this role, Rhoads will provide department eadership, guide employee development and ensure TMG’s customer service standards are being met.
For ten years, Rhoads held positions as a premium auditor, first for Servcom and then for Information Providers, Inc. Prior to those positions, she was claims director for Kirke Van Orsdel, Inc. where she managed a team of more than 120 claims processors.
Sandy Bland has joined TMG as cards education services manager, a role that will involve both internal and external training and development strategies for the card processor.
Bland has held several marketing and training management positions. Most recently, she worked for Dice Career Solutions as a marketing manager. There she produced client events, including national trade shows and high profile hospitality events.
