Spectrum Federal Credit Union Converts Debit and ATM to TMG Platform
San Francisco-based Spectrum Federal Credit Union recently converted its debit and ATM processing to Des Moines-based TMG (The Members Group), which has been the credit union’s credit card processor for nearly 15 years.
The conversion comprised eight ATM machines and nearly 14,000 debit cards.
In a process that was transparent to Spectrum Federal’s membership, the debit and ATM conversion took less than eight weeks and has created back office efficiencies for the credit union.
“After exploring our options, we discovered that TMG’s platform would allow us to be the most competitive in our marketplace.” said Lynn Athens, Spectrum Federal’s CEO. “The conversion was very smooth, and having the entirety of our card programs with one processor has created both time- and money-saving efficiencies.”
