Cynde Urness
Cynde Urness is Senior Vice President Product Management at TMG. She is responsible for all client services activities including, project management, product management and marketing. In her role, Cynde's expertise and knowledge help her manage the delivery and implementation for many of the products and services that TMG develops.
Cynde has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, and more than half of those have been in the cards processing industry working with credit unions.
Cynde first joined The Members Group in February 1987 as manager of Item Processing Corporation. In 1988 she also accepted responsibility for management of Transactions Systems, Inc. In 1993, both organizations were merged into The Members Group. During her tenure, Cynde has served in several additional leadership roles. She has assisted with departmental restructuring, quality initiatives and leadership development within TMG. Her focus and dedication continues to be in growing successful partnerships with our clients and helping them understand and take advantage of the products and services we have to help them grow their business.
Prior to joining the Members Group, Cynde served as vice president with Wells Fargo Bank in Des Moines. Her various responsibilities while at the bank included cash management sales and support, product sales, operations and correspondent bank sales and support.
