Jeff Karpinske
Jeff Karpinske is Vice President Finance at TMG. In his role, Jeff oversees the finance and accounting functions as well as emphasizing continuous improvement principals throughout the organization, and the methodologies for executing strategy.
Jeff has over 18 years of experience in management consulting and executive leadership in a broad range of industries. His interest in “why do some companies fail, while others thrive” and his early experience as a CPA in Minneapolis and Boston shaped his career as both a management consultant and business executive. As a management consultant, including as Director of Consulting Services for a Boston firm, Jeff has worked with nearly 100 businesses, from Fortune 100 companies to non-public, small-medium sized enterprises, assisting them with the development and execution of competitive strategy, creating sustainable operational structures and the implementation of financial best practices.
Stepping into executive roles in distressed companies in need of turnaround allowed Jeff to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as great insight into the question “why do some companies fail, while others thrive." Turnarounds are exhausting however, and Jeff’s desire to work with like- minded leaders in an organization with a potential to thrive led him to TMG.
